Strongest nicotine pouches in the UK

Every extra strong tin we stock ranked by nicotine per pouch, from 66mg down to 16mg, with who each one suits and who should leave it alone.

By Hektor Jonsson · Updated October 2026
Pablo Exclusive Frosted Mint nicotine pouch tin on a white square

Quick answer: The strongest nicotine pouch we stock is CUBA Cherry at 66mg, followed by a group of 50mg tins from Pablo Exclusive, Iceberg, Garant, DOPE, NOIS and Elux. Kurwa Max sits at 43mg and Siberia at 33mg. All of these are X-Strong and meant for experienced users who already find 12mg to 17mg too soft.

If you are new to pouches, this is the wrong page. Read the nicotine pouch strength guide and start in Low or Medium. A 50mg pouch for a beginner means a wasted tin and a bad afternoon.

How we ranked these

The list is ordered by nicotine per pouch, strongest first, using the strength we list for every tin in the range. Where a brand prints nicotine per gram on the tin, we have used the per-pouch figure instead, so Iceberg and Siberia sit where they actually belong rather than where the label makes them look. Caffeine pouches (Iceberg Energy, X-Booster, Denssi Energy) are not included because the mg on those tins is caffeine, not nicotine.

Where a brand sells one strength across many flavours, the table shows the line rather than every flavour. Pablo Exclusive alone has more than 25 flavours at 50mg.

The top tier, tin by tin

CUBA Cherry 66mg. The single strongest figure in the range, and it is only sold as a three-tin pack. CUBA is a Polish brand that also makes the 16mg standard line and the 30mg Ninja line, so there is a path up through the brand if you want one. The 66mg tin is a niche product for people who have already been on 50mg for a while.

Pablo Exclusive 50mg. The best known extra strong pouch in the UK and the one most people mean when they say "the strongest". Dry, slim, slow to start and then relentless. The flavour list is long, from Frosted Mint and Ice Cold through to Cola, Mocca, Liquorice and a dozen fruits. Pablo also makes the 30mg Red and Ice Cold line and the 17mg Gold line, which are a more sensible place to start with the brand. The Pablo range has every edition.

Iceberg 50mg. Iceberg prints nicotine per gram on the tin, so the number on the lid is bigger than the number here. The 50mg line (Double Mint, Sour Berries, Emerald, Grape, Gummy Bears and others) is the stronger of Iceberg's two tiers. The 20mg line, which includes Iceberg Black, is the gentler one, if 20mg can be called gentle.

Garant 50mg and 35mg. A Swedish brand that only makes extra strong tins. Garant Extreme, Fresh Mint, Cherry and Ice Peach all sit at 50mg, with Ice Cool at 35mg as the brand's lower step.

DOPE 50mg, NOIS Extreme 50mg, Elux Sweet Melon 50mg. Three smaller ranges at the same strength. NOIS stands out on price, at 25p a tin while clearance stock lasts, which makes it a cheap way to find out that 50mg is too much for you.

Kurwa Collection Max 43mg. Kurwa's standard Collection line is 12mg, which puts the brand at the bottom of X-Strong. The Max line jumps to 43mg across the same flavours (Strong Mint, Triple Mango, Grape Ice, Fizzy Cherry, Fizzy Apple, Blueberry Ice), which is the biggest single step between two lines of one brand that we know of.

Siberia 33mg. The pouch that ex-snus users ask for by name. Siberia is a dry, mint-led all-white pouch with a Swedish snus character, and the tin says 43mg/g. The per-pouch figure is 33mg. It comes in four widths, from All White down to Ultra Slim, all at the same strength.

Who these are for, and who they are not for

Extra strong pouches at 30mg and above suit a narrow group: long-term snus users moving to tobacco-free pouches, ex-heavy smokers who have already tried 16mg to 20mg and found the hit faded too fast, and people who use one or two pouches a day and want each to count. That is about it.

They do not suit anyone who is new to nicotine, anyone switching from a 10mg or 20mg vape, or anyone who smokes fewer than 20 a day. For those people the extra strong page starts at 12mg, and Killa at 16.5mg or Pablo Gold at 17mg is a more realistic top end.

If a pouch makes you light-headed, sweaty or queasy, take it out straight away. That is not a sign to push through. It is a sign the strength is wrong for you.

Nicotine is addictive, and using a very strong pouch every day makes it harder to step down later. If you are using pouches to get off cigarettes, the aim is to find the lowest strength that stops the craving, not the highest you can tolerate.

What the proposed UK cap would change

As of October 2026 the Tobacco and Vapes Bill proposes a cap of 20mg of nicotine per pouch for the UK. If it becomes law in that form, every tin above rank 18 in the table would have to be reformulated or withdrawn from UK sale. Nothing has changed on the shelf yet, and the detail of the cap is still being worked through. Our guide to the Tobacco and Vapes Bill tracks where it stands.

Frequently asked questions

What is the strongest nicotine pouch in the UK?

CUBA Cherry at 66mg per pouch is the strongest we stock, sold as a three-pack. The strongest single tins are the 50mg lines from Pablo Exclusive, Iceberg, Garant, DOPE, NOIS and Elux.

Is Pablo the strongest brand?

Pablo Exclusive at 50mg is the best known extra strong pouch but it is not the top of the table. CUBA Cherry at 66mg is stronger, and several brands match Pablo at 50mg. Pablo is the strongest brand with a full flavour range at that level.

How strong is too strong?

If a pouch leaves you dizzy, nauseous or sweating, it is too strong. Drop a band and give that a week. Most regular users end up between 6mg and 12mg, and very few people need anything above 20mg.

Are 50mg pouches legal in the UK?

Yes, as of October 2026 they are legal to buy and use if you are 18 or over. The Tobacco and Vapes Bill proposes a 20mg per pouch cap, but it is a proposal rather than current law. See 50mg nicotine pouches explained for what that would mean.

Why does the tin say more mg than this page?

Some brands print nicotine per gram of pouch material rather than per pouch. A pouch weighs less than a gram, so the per-gram figure is always higher. We list mg per pouch for every tin so the whole range is on one scale.
