Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 8:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 8:30pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
- Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail or the courier. You get an email with tracking when it happens.

Standard UK delivery usually arrives two to three working days after dispatch. Tracked services are quicker and let you follow the parcel. The exact options and prices depend on the weight of the parcel and are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Parcels are packed in plain packaging. There is no brand name on the outside and nothing to say what is inside.
Age verification on delivery
Nicotine pouches are an 18+ product. Age is checked at checkout, and the courier may ask for photo ID at the door, particularly if the person answering looks under 25. If nobody over 18 is available the parcel is held for collection or redelivery rather than left with a neighbour. Order to an address where an adult can accept it.
Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
We deliver to Northern Ireland at the same prices and with the same free delivery threshold as the rest of the UK. Allow an extra working day on standard services.
The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are served by Royal Mail, but transit times are longer and some tracked services are not offered. Delivery options for these addresses are shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. If a parcel is late or missing
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If the parcel has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement. Damaged parcels are covered on the returns page.
