About us
Who runs this site, what we stock, how we write about it, and the rules we work to as a UK nicotine retailer.
Quick answer: snus & pouches is a UK online specialist in tobacco-free nicotine pouches. We stock the brands worth buying, show strength the same way on every tin, write our own guides, and dispatch orders placed before 8:30pm the same working day. We sell to adults aged 18 and over only.
snus & pouches (S&P for short) is a UK online specialist in tobacco-free nicotine pouches. We stock the brands worth buying, from ZYN and VELO to Pablo, Killa and the newer names, and we organise them so the right tin is a few clicks away: by brand, by strength band, by flavour and by format. Orders placed before 8:30pm on a working day leave the same day, and delivery is free over £20.
What we are
A pouch shop run by people who use pouches. The guides, the strength bands and the product descriptions are written by us, not pasted from a distributor's catalogue. Every tin we list is genuine stock from UK distribution, with the strength printed as milligrams per pouch on every page so a Killa can be compared with a ZYN without a calculator.
We are not a tobacco shop and not a vape shop. Nothing we sell contains tobacco leaf, and tobacco snus is not for sale in the UK. If you are wondering about the name, the snus section explains where pouches came from and why the two get confused.
How we write
Plain English, short sentences, honest about strength. We tell beginners to start lower than they think they need, and we tell heavy users which tins actually deliver, because a tin you cannot use is a wasted £4.29. We do not say stronger is better. We do not give medical advice. Health pages state what is known, point to the NHS, and are clear that nicotine is addictive.
The guides are written by Hektor Jonsson, our pouch specialist, who has a Swedish background and tests every tin before it is described. You can read about him on his author page and find his work in the guides index.
What we stock
Hundreds of products across dozens of brands, all of them tobacco-free. The nicotine pouches hub is the place to start if you want to browse. If you already know what you like, the best sellers page shows what other customers reach for, and the 99p offers page is the cheapest way to try something new.
The rules we work to
- We sell to adults aged 18 and over only. Age is verified at checkout, and again on delivery where the courier requires it.
- Nicotine is an addictive substance. If you do not already use nicotine, do not start with pouches.
- Prices are shown in pounds, including VAT, and delivery costs are shown before you pay.
- Reviews are collected after delivery and are not edited. See the reviews page for how that works.
- Your data is handled under UK GDPR. The privacy policy says exactly what we collect and why.
If something has gone wrong with an order, or you simply cannot decide between two tins, contact us. A real person replies within one working day.
