Rewards
Every order earns points. How you earn them, how you spend them, and the small print on returns and expiry, with exact rates shown at checkout.
Quick answer: Every order earns reward points based on what you spend, and you redeem them against a future order at checkout. The exact earning rate and the value of each point are shown in the basket and in your account, so you always know what a tin is really costing you.
Every order earns points. Points come off the price of a future order. That is the whole scheme, and the exact rate (how many points per pound spent, and what each point is worth) is shown in the basket and in your account rather than buried here, because rates can change with promotions and we would rather you saw the live figure.
How you earn points
Points are awarded on the value of the tins in your order, after any discounts and excluding delivery. You need an account for points to be tracked, so check out logged in rather than as a guest. Points from a guest order cannot be added afterwards.
Points land in your account once the order has been dispatched, not when it is placed. You can see your balance, and the points pending from recent orders, on your account page.
Every product earns points, including the 99p offer lines and bulk discounted tins. Rolls of ten earn points on the discounted total, not the full price.
How you spend points
At checkout, logged in, you will see your available balance and a box to apply points to the order. You choose how many to use. Points reduce the price of the tins; they cannot be used to pay for delivery or exchanged for cash. If an order is paid for mostly with points, it still earns points on whatever you paid in money.
There is no minimum order for redeeming points, but delivery is only free once the basket passes £20 after points have been applied.
Returns and cancellations
If you return an order for a refund, the points earned on it are removed from your balance. If you had already spent those points, the shortfall is deducted from your next earnings. Points spent on a returned order are credited back to your account when the refund is processed. The returns page covers timings.
Referrals and promotions
From time to time we run bonus point promotions, for example double points on a brand launch, and a referral bonus for introducing a friend. When one is running it is announced in your account and in the basket, with the rules alongside it. If nothing is showing, nothing is running, and the standard rate applies.
Expiry
Points do not expire while your account is active and you have ordered in the last 12 months. If an account has had no orders for 12 months the balance may be cleared, and we email before that happens.
Questions
Your account page shows every point earned and spent, with the order it came from. If the figures do not look right, contact us with the order number and we will check it. In the meantime, the nicotine pouches hub is where the next order starts, and the guides are there if you want to try a new band or brand with the points you have built up.
