Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of snusandpouches.co.uk and to every order placed on it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. You must be 18 or over, we deliver within the UK only, prices include VAT, and nothing here reduces your rights under UK consumer law. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order.

1. Who can use the site

You must be aged 18 or over to browse the product pages, create an account or place an order. Nicotine pouches are an age restricted product and nicotine is an addictive substance. We verify age at checkout and may ask for photo ID before dispatch or on delivery. We will cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed, and we will refund any payment taken.

By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and will not supply the products to anyone under 18.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not deliver outside the UK. Orders with a non-UK address will be cancelled and refunded. See the delivery page for services and timings.

3. Products

Every product sold is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch, a caffeine pouch or an accessory. We do not sell tobacco snus, which cannot be sold in the UK. Descriptions, strengths and images are given in good faith from manufacturer information and our own testing, with strength shown as milligrams per pouch. Manufacturers change recipes, pouch counts and packaging from time to time, so the tin you receive may differ in minor ways from the photo.

Nicotine pouches are not a medicine and not a licensed stop smoking product. Nothing on this site, including the guides, is medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown in the basket before you pay. If a product has been listed at a clearly wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Bulk discounts, 99p offer prices and reward points are applied in the basket and cannot be added afterwards. Offers run while stock lasts and may be withdrawn without notice.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you the dispatch email. Before that point we may decline an order, for example if age cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent. If we decline an order after taking payment we refund it in full.

If an item is out of stock after you have ordered we will tell you and refund it rather than substitute.

6. Delivery

Dispatch times and delivery estimates on the delivery page are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. You are responsible for giving a correct address and ensuring an adult can accept the parcel. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the delivery cost.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Returned tins must be unopened with the seal intact; opened tins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The full process and timescales are on the returns page. These rights sit alongside, and do not replace, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Accounts and rewards

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or withdrawn in the circumstances described on the rewards page.

9. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape or republish the content, product data or images without written permission. The content on the nicotine pouches hub and in the guides is ours or licensed to us. Brand names belong to their owners.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by your misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Nicotine is addictive. Use pouches as the manufacturer directs, keep them away from children and pets, and seek medical advice if you feel unwell.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the last revision.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. Our privacy policy forms part of these terms.
