Quick answer: Order by 8:30pm and your pouches are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders over £20 ship free; smaller orders pay a flat postage charge. Most parcels go Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, and some orders need an ID check at the door. If a parcel is late, check the tracking first, then contact us with the order number.

Pouch users run out at inconvenient moments, so delivery speed is most of the reason to buy from a specialist rather than wait for a marketplace seller. This guide explains each step so you know what to expect and when to chase. Delivery promises are those on our delivery page as of October 2026; check that page for the current detail.

The 8:30pm cut-off

Every order placed before 8:30pm on a working day is dispatched that day. The cut-off is late because the warehouse packs in the evening, after the day's orders are in. Order at 8:29pm and it leaves tonight; order at 8:31pm and it leaves tomorrow, with the same service.

Dispatch means handed to the carrier, not delivered. The delivery day depends on the service you choose at checkout and on the carrier's network, which is why the next section matters.

Which service to choose

ServiceWhat it doesWhen to pick it
Royal Mail Tracked 24Aims for next working day, tracked to the doorYou are nearly out
Royal Mail Tracked 48Aims for two to three working days, trackedYou have a tin or two left
Free delivery over £20Tracked service, chosen by the warehouseMost bundle orders
Courier (where offered)Next day with a delivery windowLarge bulk orders

"Aims for" is the honest wording. Tracked 24 is not a guarantee; it is Royal Mail's target, and most parcels hit it. Bank holidays and weekends do not count as working days, so an order placed on Friday evening leaves Friday and usually arrives Monday on Tracked 24.

Orders over £20 ship free, which means a five-tin bundle of almost any brand gets you there. Our guide to bulk buying nicotine pouches covers the per-tin saving on top.

Age-verified delivery

Nicotine pouches are an 18+ product and some deliveries carry an age check. There are two layers.

  • At checkout. Your name, date of birth and address are matched against public records. Most people pass without noticing. If there is no match you are asked for photo ID before dispatch, which can add a day.
  • At the door. Some orders are sent on an age-verified service, where the driver checks ID on delivery and will not leave the parcel with a child or in a safe place.

Neither step involves a credit check. Our guide to the nicotine pouch age limit explains the law behind it. If you know a delivery will need ID, make sure someone over 18 is in, or the parcel goes back to the depot.

How parcels are packed

Pouches travel well. Tins are sealed and robust, and the warehouse packs them in a padded mailer or small box. Stock is rotated so the tins you receive are the freshest on the shelf, which matters for best-before dates on bundles. Read how to store nicotine pouches for what to do once the box arrives.

If a parcel is late

Most late parcels are one day late and arrive the next morning. Here is the order to do things in.

  1. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email. It shows the last scan and any attempted delivery.
  2. Check with neighbours and in any safe place you have set with Royal Mail.
  3. If the tracking has not moved for two working days on Tracked 24, or four on Tracked 48, contact us with your order number through the contact page.
  4. We raise it with the carrier and either resend or refund. Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as lost until a set number of working days has passed, so a resend may take a few days to arrange.

If a tin arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, the returns page explains what we need from you, usually a photo and the order number. Do not throw the packaging away until it is sorted.

Planning so you never run out

The simplest fix for late parcels is not needing a parcel urgently. Keep a spare tin, order when you open your last one, and use the bestsellers page to reorder your usual quickly. Regular users of a single brand, say VELO, save money and chasing time by ordering a bundle a month. The full range is on the nicotine pouches hub.

Frequently asked questions

What time do I need to order for same day dispatch?

By 8:30pm on a working day. The order is handed to the carrier that evening. Weekend and bank holiday orders leave on the next working day.

Is delivery free?

Yes on orders over £20. Smaller orders pay a flat postage charge shown at checkout.

Will I need ID to receive my pouches?

Possibly. Most orders pass the checkout age check without any ID. Some are sent on an age-verified service where the driver asks for ID at the door.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

Check the tracking, then neighbours and safe places. If it has not moved for two working days on Tracked 24, contact us with the order number and we will chase, resend or refund.
