Iceberg nicotine pouches

Iceberg prints some of the biggest numbers in pouches. This page explains the lines, decodes the labels and tells you who they are actually for.

Quick answer: Iceberg is a nicotine pouch brand from the United Arab Emirates known for very high labelled strengths and sweet, unusual flavours. We stock three lines: the 20mg range, the 50mg range and the Energy range labelled 75mg and 150mg per gram. Every Iceberg tin is extra strong, and the brand is not suitable for beginners.

The numbers on an Iceberg tin cause more confusion than any other brand in our nicotine pouches range. A 150mg label does not mean 150mg per pouch. Below we explain what it does mean, and which Iceberg tin makes sense if you are an experienced user looking for something different.

Who makes Iceberg

Iceberg is produced in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, and sold across Europe through independent distributors. It arrived in the UK later than the Scandinavian brands and built its following on two things: flavours that read like a sweet shop (Gummy Bears, Strawberry Banana Gum, Pina Colada style mixes) and tins that print bigger numbers than anyone else.

Iceberg pouches are tobacco-free, white and slim. Each tin holds 20 pouches. Single tins from the 20mg and 50mg lines are £4.29, and the Energy pouches are £3.99.

Iceberg lines and strengths

  • Iceberg 20mg. The regular line, labelled 20mg per pouch. Around 25 flavours, from Cool Mint and Menthol to Cherry Apricot Gum and Mango Banana. The most approachable Iceberg, but still extra strong.
  • Iceberg 50mg. The stronger line, sometimes called Iceberg Black after its best-known tin. Flavours include Double Mint, Dragon Fruit, Gummy Bears and Sour Berries.
  • Iceberg Energy (75mg and 150mg per gram). Marketed as the Extreme range. These figures are per gram of pouch material, not per pouch, which is why they look so far above anything else on the shelf.

The per gram point matters. A slim pouch weighs well under a gram, so a 150mg per gram tin delivers far less than 150mg in each pouch. It is still at the top of the extra strong band, and it will hit harder than a 20mg Iceberg, but the label overstates the gap. Our guide to mg per pouch vs mg per gram works through the arithmetic.

Who Iceberg suits

Iceberg suits experienced users who are comfortable at 16mg and above and want a sweeter, more playful flavour than the mint-heavy Scandinavian brands offer. If you like Killa's fruit flavours but want something stranger, Iceberg is the natural next stop.

It does not suit anyone new to pouches. Even the 20mg line is more than double what a beginner should start on, and there is no low or medium Iceberg to fall back to. Anything above 9mg is a bad first pouch, and the Energy range is a bad first pouch by a wide margin.

Do not buy the 150mg tin because it looks like the strongest thing available. It is strong, but the figure is per gram. Judge Iceberg by how a 20mg tin feels first.

Iceberg compared

Pablo is the brand people put next to Iceberg when talking about the strongest tins. Pablo prints 50mg on its Exclusive line and is more consistent in how its strengths are labelled. Pablo's flavours stay closer to mint, cola and single fruits. Iceberg goes further into gum and dessert territory.

Killa is the better comparison for everyday use. Killa sits at 16.5mg across the range, slightly below Iceberg's 20mg line, with similar sweet flavours and the same £4.29 price. If Iceberg feels like too much, Killa is the sensible step down.

Buying Iceberg nicotine pouches in the UK

Iceberg is legal to buy for adults aged 18 and over, and we check age at checkout. Our stock comes through official UK distribution. Iceberg is copied more than most brands because of its popularity, and copies tend to have blurry print, loose lids and a flat flavour, so buy from a specialist.

Single tins are £4.29, or £3.99 for Energy pouches. Order before 8:30pm for same day dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £20.

Frequently asked questions

Is Iceberg 150mg the strongest nicotine pouch?

Not in the way the number suggests. 150mg is a per gram figure, and a slim pouch weighs well under a gram, so each pouch contains far less. It is one of the strongest tins we stock, but a Pablo Exclusive 50mg pouch is in the same territory.

What does Iceberg Black mean?

Iceberg Black is a flavour name used across lines, a dark, strong mint. It is sold in the 20mg range and as a 150mg per gram Energy pouch, so check the strength on the listing rather than going by the name.

Are Iceberg pouches tobacco-free?

Yes. Iceberg uses plant fibre, nicotine, water and flavouring with no tobacco leaf. The pouches are white and do not stain.

Why does Iceberg keep going out of stock?

It is imported in batches through UK distribution rather than produced locally, so popular flavours sell through between shipments. Set an alert on the tin you want rather than buying a copy from a marketplace.

Which Iceberg flavour should I try first?

If you are an experienced user, Cool Mint or Bubble Gum from the 20mg line. They show the brand's character without the top-end strength.
