Rush nicotine pouches
The three Rush lines explained, which flavours carry across them, and how to pick the right one without overshooting your strength.

No products match those filters.
Quick answer: Rush is a nicotine pouch brand with a three-tier range: Light at 6mg, Pro at 11mg and Extreme at 20mg, all £4.29 a tin and all with a cooling edge. Light suits beginners and light users, Pro suits regular ex-smokers, and Extreme suits experienced users who want a 20mg pouch. Pick by tier first and flavour second.
The tier names do the work here. Rather than printing a strength and hoping you read it, Rush labels the tin Light, Pro or Extreme so you know roughly what you are getting before you check the number. It is one of the clearer systems in our nicotine pouch range, and it maps neatly onto our own low, strong and extra strong bands.
Who makes Rush
Rush does not name a manufacturer on its tins, and we would rather describe the range than guess at an owner. What you get is a slim, all-white, tobacco-free pouch made from nicotine, plant fibre, water and flavouring. The tins are compact and plain, with the tier name printed large.
The pouch is slim with moderate moisture, so it releases at an even pace rather than in a rush, despite the name. The flavours all carry some cooling, from the obvious Ice Cool and Nordic Frost through to the fruit tins.
Rush lines and strengths
Three lines, with the flavour list widening as the strength goes up and narrowing again at the top.
- Light, 6mg: Ice Cool, Berry Ice and Mango Freeze. Low strength on our scale.
- Pro, 11mg: Ice Cool, Green Mint, Nordic Frost, Berry Ice, Mango Freeze and Icy Grape. Strong on our scale, and the main line.
- Extreme, 20mg: Boost Mint and Cherry Chill. Extra strong.
Ice Cool, Berry Ice and Mango Freeze run through both Light and Pro, so you can keep a flavour and move strength. Extreme has its own two flavours. The jump from Pro to Extreme is almost double, so it is a real step and not a nudge. Our strong band page shows how the 11mg Pro tins compare with other brands at that level.

Who Rush suits
Rush Light suits beginners and light users. 6mg in a slim moist pouch is a fair first tin for an adult who already uses nicotine, and the three Light flavours give you a mint, a berry and a mango to choose from. If you smoke fewer than ten a day, start here.
Rush Pro suits the typical ex-smoker on 10 to 20 a day, or anyone who has used a 6mg pouch for a while and wants more. At 11mg it is over the 9mg line we draw for first-timers, so it is a second tin, not a first one.
Rush Extreme suits experienced users who already use 16mg or more. 20mg is a proper extra strong pouch. It does not suit beginners, and it does not suit a Light user looking to skip a step. If you are on Light, go to Pro; if you are on Pro and want more, our is 20mg a strong nicotine pouch guide is worth reading before you order Extreme.
Light, Pro and Extreme tins look alike at a glance. The strength is on the lid. Check it before the pouch goes in.
Rush compared
The two brands that line up most neatly with Rush are 77 and Koldnic.
77 uses an almost identical ladder: 5.2mg, 10.4mg and 20mg at the same £4.29, with a much longer flavour list including Ice Mint, Forest Fruits, Watermelon Ice and Pink Punch, plus a mini format. If you like the Rush tier system but want more flavour choice, 77 is the obvious alternative. Rush has the stronger cooling across the board.
Koldnic is the budget cold-flavour brand at 99p a tin, with 6mg and 10mg tins that match Rush Light and Pro closely, and 30mg tins that go beyond Extreme. Koldnic saves you money; Rush gives you a 20mg step that Koldnic skips and a slightly longer-lasting pouch.

Frequently asked questions
How strong are Rush pouches?
Three strengths, named on the tin: Light is 6mg, Pro is 11mg and Extreme is 20mg. On our scale that is low, strong and extra strong.
What is the difference between Rush Light, Pro and Extreme?
Nicotine, mainly. The pouch format and the cooling flavour style are the same across all three. Light has three flavours, Pro has six, and Extreme has two of its own (Boost Mint and Cherry Chill).
Are Rush pouches tobacco-free?
Yes. Rush is an all-white pouch made from nicotine, plant fibre, water and flavouring, with no tobacco leaf. That is why it is legal to sell in the UK and why there is nothing to spit.
Is Rush Light good for beginners?
Yes, for an adult who already uses nicotine. 6mg is a sensible first tin. Give it a week or two before deciding whether Pro is needed, and do not go to Extreme until Pro feels routine.
Which Rush flavour is best?
Mango Freeze is the pick in both Light and Pro. Nordic Frost is the strongest cold mint in the Pro line. In Extreme, Cherry Chill is the one most people choose over Boost Mint.
