Zone nicotine pouches
All five Zone tins at 10mg and 11mg, what that strength feels like in practice, and how Zone measures up against ZYN and White Fox.

No products match those filters.
Quick answer: Zone is a Swedish style all-white pouch brand that sits in one place: the strong band, at 10mg to 11mg per pouch. We stock five flavours (two mints, peach, berry and watermelon) at £3.99 a tin. It suits people who find 6mg too light and 16mg too much.
A lot of the brands in our nicotine pouches hub either stop at 11mg (ZYN, Nordic Spirit) or start at 16mg (Killa, Pablo). The gap between those is where a surprising number of ex-smokers land, and Zone is one of the few brands that aims straight at it.
The Zone range
Zone makes one line of slim, all-white pouches. The brand positions itself as Swedish and the pouch behaves like it: moderately moist, slow release, with a clean flavour that fades evenly rather than dropping off a cliff. We do not have a named manufacturer in our notes, so we will describe the tins rather than attribute them.
Four of the five tins are 10mg. Berry Blast is 11mg. Zone also makes Cool Mint at 17mg, which would sit in the extra strong band, but the tins we stock are the 10mg and 11mg ones.
Flavour-wise it is a balanced range. Cool Mint is a straight peppermint with ice; Sweet Mint is softer and closer to a spearmint; Juicy Peach, Berry Blast and Watermelon Ice are fruit with a cooling edge. None of them is sickly, which is not something we can say about every fruit pouch on the shelf.

Who Zone suits
Zone is a switcher's brand. If you smoked 15 to 20 a day and have tried a 6mg pouch and thought "is that it", 10mg is probably your level, and Zone gives you five flavours at that level for under £4.
It also works as a middle step. People coming down from 16mg or 20mg tins often find that 6mg is too big a drop in one go. Zone at 10mg lets you halve your strength without going cold. Our guide to stepping down nicotine pouch strength covers how to pace that.
Beginners should look elsewhere first. 10mg is above the 9mg line where we stop recommending a tin to someone new, and a first pouch at this strength will likely bring on hiccups, a hot face and a short wave of nausea. The low strength band is the right starting point, and you can always come back.
Zone compared
ZYN tops out at 11mg in the UK, so its strongest tins land exactly where Zone lives. ZYN is drier, the pouches are smaller, and the brand has far more flavours and a lower-strength ladder below. Zone's pouches are slightly bigger and wetter, so the release feels fuller even at the same mg. If ZYN 11mg feels thin to you, Zone 10mg may feel more satisfying despite the lower number.
White Fox is the next step up: its main tins are 16mg and its pouches are larger. White Fox is what people move to when Zone stops registering. If you are looking at both, pick Zone if you want the strong band and White Fox if you already know you need extra strong.
Buying Zone nicotine pouches in the UK
Every Zone tin is £3.99. Order before 8:30pm and we dispatch the same day. Spend over £20, which is six tins of Zone, and delivery is free. Bulk discounts apply as you add tins.
Our Zone stock comes through official UK distribution. Tins are sealed, dated and batch-coded. Zone is for adults aged 18 and over; we verify age at checkout. Nicotine is addictive, and a 10mg pouch is not a product to try out of curiosity if you do not already use nicotine.
If you are picking a first Zone tin, go Sweet Mint if you want it gentle and Cool Mint if you want the ice. Berry Blast is the strongest at 11mg, so leave that for second.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zone 10mg strong?
By our bands, yes. 10mg per pouch is in the strong band (9mg to 12mg). It is a comfortable daily strength for a former pack-a-day smoker and too much for someone who has never used nicotine.
Does Zone make anything lower than 10mg?
Not that we stock. The range we carry is 10mg and 11mg. If you want the same style of pouch at a lower strength, look at ZYN 6mg or the Nordic Spirit range.
Is Zone a Swedish brand?
Zone is sold as a Swedish style all-white pouch and the format matches: slim, moderately moist, clean flavour. We do not list a factory or parent company because our notes do not confirm one.
How long does a Zone pouch last?
Around 30 to 45 minutes of useful flavour and nicotine for most people. The pouch is slightly moister than ZYN, so it releases a bit faster at the start and tails off more gently.
Is Zone tobacco-free?
Yes. Zone pouches contain nicotine, plant fibre, water, flavouring and sweetener. No tobacco leaf, no smoke, nothing to spit out.
